At PNA Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
